At The Iron League, we are committed to delivering exceptional esports experiences through tournaments, merchandise, and digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested or granted. Please read this policy carefully before registering for events or making any purchases.

1. Tournament Entry Fees
a. Refund Eligibility
  • Tournament registration fees are non-refundable once a player has been officially entered into the bracket or match pool.

  • Refunds may be granted under special circumstances, including:

    • Event cancellation or postponement by The Iron League.

    • Technical errors during payment processing (e.g., double charges).

    • Failure to place a player due to administrative oversight.

 
b. Player Withdrawal
  • If a player chooses to withdraw before tournament registration closes, they may request a partial refund (usually minus a small processing fee).

  • No refunds will be issued for player withdrawal after the registration deadline or once match schedules have been released.

 
2. Merchandise Purchases
a. Return Conditions
  • Merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories) may be eligible for return or exchange if:

    • It arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

    • The item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

 
b. Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized merchandise (e.g., jerseys with gamertags).

  • Clearance or final sale items.

 
c. Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

 
3. Digital Goods and Services

Refunds for digital services such as digital tickets, premium memberships, exclusive content, or downloadable media are generally not available once delivery is confirmed. Exceptions may apply in cases of:

  • Non-receipt of the product due to technical errors.

  • Double charges or billing mistakes.

  • Proven failure of the digital product to function as advertised.

 
4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If an event (tournament, stream, or activation) is cancelled by The Iron League:

  • All affected participants will be offered a full refund or the option to apply their entry to a rescheduled event.

  • If the event is postponed, players may choose to hold their registration or request a full refund within 7 days of the postponement notice.

 
5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, send an email to theironleague2025@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Full Name and Email Address used to register/purchase

  • Order Number or Registration ID

  • Reason for Refund Request

  • Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, photos, receipts)

Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

 
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting our support team may result in a temporary ban or permanent disqualification from future Iron League events. Please allow us to resolve the issue amicably.
